Figuring out how you, specifically you, get to feeling better is hard work.
But I know you’re already working yourself to the bone, coping with all those heavy thoughts and feelings, be they about sadness, anxiety, relationship problems, or bad habits.
I respect the hope, esteem, and integrity that is there, behind the pain, propelling you to seek out ways to feel better. I’m sad that you’re suffering, and I’d very much like to try to help.
